Celebrating New Funding from the Lottery Community Fund

We are delighted to announce that WayMaker Child Therapy has received funding from the Lottery Community Fund’s Awards for All programme! This generous support will allow us to provide vital play therapy sessions for children and pilot an exciting new project for babies who have experienced a traumatic or assisted birth.

At WayMaker, our team specialises in therapeutic work with extensive knowledge of primitive reflexes. As part of this new project, we are proud to introduce our 1:1 Baby Massage Sessions. This unique programme teaches the basics of baby massage while also integrating key principles of primitive reflexes, which are crucial for early development.

The programme is particularly beneficial for babies who have had a difficult or assisted delivery, such as a caesarean section. These experiences can impact reflex integration and a baby’s overall development, and our tailored approach addresses these specific needs.

We will be accepting referrals for babies who may benefit from these sessions, and we look forward to providing essential support for families during these early, formative months.
